At Get Fit Strength and Conditioning, you’re a part of our family. This is a place where you will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. We don’t just take you through a workout and send you on your way. We want to get to know you and do all we can to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

All of our coaches and instructors have the education and training needed to get you the results you want. And they will always meet you right where you are. Your coach will always be there to cue you through each movement and provide modifications and scaling options as needed. Any and all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome; no prior fitness experience is ever necessary for you to get started.

With us, you’ll get effective, fun workouts that deliver results, all without the intimidation you might find elsewhere. Hi, my name is Elizabeth Parson. I’m the owner and head coach of Get Fit Strength and Conditioning. I began my own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle 25 years ago when I found myself 30lbs over weight with low self-esteem. I wanted to get fit and feel better, but had no idea how. I decided to hire a personal trainer and within 30 days I was getting great results and more importantly, I started to feel confident. I began to feel stronger not just physically, but mentally too.

Not only was l hooked on my own results. I wanted to share this with everyone so they could feel it also. At this time, I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I love the element of small group training because it’s not only is a safe way to learn how to properly weight train and get results, but the community it builds will leave you with long lasting friendships and a love for fitness. There is no judgement in our gym. I have had the pleasure of working with many amazing individuals over the past 25 years, who have completely changed their lives through health and fitness.
